In case of rain, excursions take place normally. Only in case of danger, such as very rough seas, the excursion is postponed or refunded. However, if you depart and after 2 hours the weather conditions worsen, the itinerary is not followed or, worse, you return to port, no refund is provided.

Cancellations within 24 hours of departure: It is not possible to cancel the reservation and no refund is provided.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before departure: It is possible to obtain a full refund (100%).

Important Note: In case of sudden illness, it is not possible to modify or cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before departure. The companies do not accept exceptions to this rule. We recommend planning carefully and, if necessary, giving notice at least 48 hours in advance to ensure greater flexibility.

The companies that organize excursions are not all the same. Despite the brochure showing a similar price, when you negotiate, the price is halved with low-cost operators, while it remains unchanged with the more prestigious ones, provided the agency or booth you ask has them. On Phi Phi, James Bond and Raya there’s a wide choice, with low-cost companies, mid-level and the more premium ones. For example, there are excursions to Phi Phi that cost 1,700 baht, and going up: 2,000, 2,500, up to 3,900. They are not the same, the itinerary changes, departure time, service, guides, insurance coverage, safety conditions, speedboat conditions, etc.
